Career Opportunities

Networks, Inc., is looking for an exceptional licensed practitioner to join our non-profit, private group practice of over forty years in downtown Burlington. Our search committee is now in the process of accepting applications from masters and doctorate level clinicians (LICSW, LADC, LCMHC, PsyD, PhD) and psychiatric nurse practitioners with prescriptive authority, especially those NPs with a practice focus inclusive of children and adolescents.

An ideal candidate would have 5+ years of clinical experience post licensure and is dynamic, compassionate, positive, and collaborative.

Our small, multi-disciplinary group includes psychologists, mental health counselors and clinical social workers. Networks' clinicians provide inclusive and accessible mental health care, education, consultation, and coordinated services that are high quality, innovative, and grounded in both theory and practical experience to children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups. We offer a unique group practice with many opportunities for collaboration, including cross-referrals within the organization and weekly case consultation and support.

Networks, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed over forty years ago by a “network” of idealistic and talented clinicians. The founding clinicians believed that the nature of the work required the support of each other and therefore made collaboration and support a priority in the business model. Forty plus years later, we continue that tradition and are comprised of very talented and experienced clinicians who sustain together a thriving, well respected, and community minded practice, that combines the best aspects of a non-profit and a private group practice.

We have contractual relationships with all insurances, and EAPs. All Networks clinicians benefit from full administrative and billing support services. We work collaboratively on cases, refer to each other in-house, and prioritize weekly case consultation time. We operate together to serve all segments of the community including the underserved and the most vulnerable. In our practices, the clinical work can be autonomous and independent with all the support necessary if needed. In addition to our clinical work, there are opportunities to pursue consultations, trainings, supervision, and educate others in each of our own specialty areas and interests. We are committed to honoring the diversity within our community and providing access to excellent mental health services to all our clients. Prospective candidates should email both a cover letter and resume.
