Eighteen years experience using a psychodynamic approach, as well as a present focused approach to solving difficult individual and relationship issues. Aida brings to her practice her philosophy incorporating the mind/body connection in her psychotherapy. she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing,) as well as Somatic Experience Therapy. She works extensively with adoloscents and young adults in their life transition.
