Pam has a style that allows her to
make a quick connection with clients, build trust and establish
workable goals for treatment. She works closely with her
clients to understand the mind—body connection. She
teaches relaxation, visualization, mindfulness and goal
setting skills. Pam is a sport psychology consultant and
is involved in working with individual athletes of all
abilities. She also presents workhops and training on performance
related issues. |
