Individual Psychotherapy

One on one therapy for: depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress and anger management, trauma, and eating disorders. We help individuals cope with major life transitions such as loss, serious medical problems, job changes, separation, and divorce.

Couples Therapy

Marriage and couples counseling provides a neutral setting to learn effective ways to communicate and resolve problems within a relationship, to clarify goals and to enhance intimacy or reduce conflicts.

Family Therapy

For families who are experiencing difficult situations, excessive conflict, parenting concerns, family therapy can open up communication and work toward solutions. It can also reduce the effects of the stresses associated with divorce, remarriage, single parenting, adoption, pregnancy and relocation.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides an opportunity for people to share common experiences, give and receive support, exchange ideas and build relationship skills in a safe and confidential setting. Networks offers both ongoing and time-limited groups for: women, mixed gender, separation and divorce, sexual trauma, as well as other issues.

Play Therapy

Through the use of games, toys, art, and imaginative play, younger children are able to express feelings and develop positive coping skills which they can use at home, in school and with friends. It is very effective in helping children respond to difficult transitions and traumatic events.

Psychological Evaluation

We offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to aid in the determination of diagnostic profiles. This includes: assessment of cognitive abilities, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, learning differences, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related difficulties.

Drug and Alcohol Services

We offer comprehensive alcohol and drug addiction screening, assessment, counseling, treatment, education and referral services to clients and families. For individuals, families and couples directly or indirectly affected by substance abuse issues, substance abuse assessment and treatment can quickly offer an opportunity to begin bringing about positive change. Participants learn about chemical addiction, relapse-prevention planning, recovery skills and additional area resources. We also provide DUI/CRASH, TASP, and court diversion evaluations.

Art Therapy

In art therapy, clients, facilitated by the art therapist, use art media, the creative process, and the resulting artwork to explore their feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety, and increase self-esteem. A goal in art therapy is to improve or restore a client’s functioning and his or her sense of personal well-being. Individuals who benefit from art therapy include those who have survived trauma resulting from combat, abuse, or natural disaster, as well as those who generally find expression of feelings in a non-verbal medium beneficial to healing.

Refugee/ New American Mental Health Services

Networks Inc., provides mental health services for refugees, immigrants, and asylees. With culturally sensitive treatment, we aid this clientele in adjusting to life in the USA, reducing psychiatric symptoms and promoting wellbeing, as well as accessing community resources. Interpretation services used as needed.

Grief Therapy

For individuals and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one or are living with chronic illness. Individual and group sessions are available.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a therapeutic treatment method that can help people release difficult thoughts and emotions related to earlier traumatic experiences. It also can help with anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders and other clinical issues.

Consultation & Training

We offer custom designed training workshops for groups and organizations in team building, strategic planning, organizational and staff development and employee substance abuse prevention. Consultation services are specific to the needs of professionals in the community and focuses on the professional in their workplace.
